In November 2025, the founding team of RedTractor, a leading oat brand in the Australian market, visited Sanchang Food for an on-site review and in-depth exchange, marking an important step toward potential collaboration in oat-based products.

Founded in 2013, RedTractor has established a strong presence in Australia’s oat category and holds a leading market share across major retail channels, including Coles and Woolworths. The visit aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of Sanchang Food’s manufacturing systems, technical capabilities, and product development philosophy, with a focus on quality consistency and international market suitability.

During the visit, the RedTractor team conducted a full walkthrough of Sanchang Food’s production facilities, reviewing raw material selection, processing workflows, and quality management procedures. Particular attention was given to Sanchang’s end-to-end production control framework, which covers over 100 critical quality checkpoints from ingredient intake to finished product release.

Technical discussions centered on Sanchang Food’s proprietary low-temperature baking and oat-processing technologies.
