From May 18–20, 2026, Sanchang Foods participated in SIAL Shanghai 2026, one of Asia’s leading international food and beverage exhibitions, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

The crunchy oat clusters attracted strong interest from visitors for their rich inclusions, crispy texture and baked, non-fried production process. Nutritional oat bars also received positive feedback from brands and retail buyers looking for convenient and healthier on-the-go snack solutions.

Instant oatmeal products were displayed as part of the company’s core portfolio to present its comprehensive oat product development capabilities across multiple product categories.

One of the highlighted products at the exhibition was the Strawberry Matcha White Chocolate Crunchy Oat Bar, combining Uji matcha, freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate flavor elements to create a more diversified oat snack experience for younger consumer markets.
